Jacob Leoni is a recent graduate from Florida State University (Class of 2023) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. Currently. Jacob’s career journey has equipped him with diverse experience in the real estate industry, including commercial real estate development, residential and commercial brokerage, underwriting deals across various asset classes, and accounting work under the guidance of a CPA. Jacob is also a licensed Real Estate Broker, and during his first three years in the field, he successfully managed over $20 million in purchase and sale transactions, and over $10 million in commercial leasing transactions with regional and national credit tenants.

Dylan Leoni is a dynamic professional whose journey has taken him from the skies to entrepreneurship. Graduating with a BS in Commercial Entrepreneurship from Florida State University in 2021.
Dylan was Chief Pilot for Air Volare from November 2016 to December 2020. In January 2021, Dylan was CEO & Chief Pilot at Contemporary Aviation Services LLC. Beyond aviation, Dylan previously took on the role of Project Manager for Student Housing Partners, assisting with commercial and multi-family project developments.
Dylan is co-founder of Leoni & Sons LLC., a real estate venture in collaboration with his brother, Jacob.
